Accounts

Accounts are created by a customer company or by its invitation. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details secure and for the activity under your account. Your company's administrators manage who has access and to what.

Your content

The customer owns the content it brings into Rubin and the outputs produced from it. The customer gives Rubin the rights needed to store, process and display that content only to provide the service. The customer is responsible for having the right to bring that content and connect those sources.

Acceptable use

  • Use Rubin in line with applicable law, including data protection law.
  • Do not use Rubin to process unlawful content or to infringe others' rights.
  • Do not try to access other customers' data, bypass security or disrupt the service.

Connected services

When you connect a third-party service such as Google, Microsoft or Meta, that service's own terms also apply. Rubin accesses only what you authorise and only with read access unless the integration says otherwise. You can remove a connection at any time.

AI outputs

Rubin's agents produce answers, reports and other outputs with AI models. Outputs can be incomplete or wrong; check them before relying on them for important decisions.

Fees

Fees, payment terms and any usage limits are set out in the customer's order or agreement.

Suspension and termination

The customer can stop using Rubin at any time. We may suspend access that violates these terms or puts the service or other customers at risk. After termination, data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

Liability

Rubin is provided with reasonable care. To the extent the law allows, Rubin is not liable for indirect damages or lost profits, and its total liability is limited to the fees the customer paid in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The courts and enforcement offices of Istanbul have jurisdiction.
